Annual Wellness Visits (AWV) are annual appointments with your primary care physician. These appointments are specifically for creating or updating your personalized prevention plan.
What is the difference between an AWV and an Annual Physical Exam?
If you have had Medicare Part B for over 12 months and have not received an AWV within the past 12 months, you may be eligible!
