Oquawka, IL. is home to our primary clinic and administrative offices. This clinic opened in 1979 and offers medical, dental, and behavioral care for everyone. Several members of our Oquawka staff have been with us for many years and their dedication to healthcare is reflected in the community.
Our Stronghurst, IL. clinic opened in 2000. The clinic offers medical and dental care for adults and children.
Our Monmouth, IL clinic is a brand new, state-of-the-art full-service clinic offering comprehensive and affordable medical, dental, behavioral health and substance use services.
