Part-Time Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will create and distribute positive branding messages to all media/social media platforms and positively promote Eagle View Community Health System (EVCHS) services.  Starting pay for The Part-Time Marketing Coordinator position is between $15 - $20/hr and will be based on experience and/or qualifications. This position is approximately 10-15 hours per week. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.

  • Generate, edit, publish and share daily content that builds meaningful connections with community members.

  • Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution.

  • Attends various community functions to develop relationships with community partners and to educate on the services Eagle View offers.

  • Set up and optimize social media platforms for the clinic to increase visibility of the clinic's services.

  • Actively market and promote health center news and project development, including formal press release distribution, article development/pitch, social media, etc.

  • Develops and distributes materials related to services offered and general health information to raise awareness about affordable insurance options and about services available through a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Develop branded materials as needed: PowerPoint Templates, and other supporting materials.

  • Responsible for the distribution and content of the monthly company/employee newsletter

  • Manage the website and update regularly with the latest health news, and personnel changes.

  • Proactively generate ways to advance the Company’s brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities, conference participation and other forms of advertising.

  • Create an annual marketing plan and assist with the development of the marketing budget.

  • Manage and assist the team in maximizing membership potential with various local, regional and national memberships, associations and affiliations.

  • Work with the IT Manager on creating forms to move to electronic communication and any other tasks that include creating forms, fliers, etc.



  • One to three years of related experience in business, website design, marketing, customer service, social media management, outreach or related field preferred.


  • Demonstrates a professional level of verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or related software.

  • Working knowledge of design and implementation software necessary for the job function.

  • Ability to create and assemble attractive marketing materials
