Patients will be seen CURB-SIDE by an Eagle View provider and may be tested for COVID-19, influenza, Strep throat, mono, or RSV depending on your symptoms.

Eagle View Community Health System is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC). The FQHC is a federal designation assigned to non-profit or public health care organizations that serve uninsured or medically underserved populations. FQHCs provide services to all persons regardless of ability to pay, and charge for services on a Board approved sliding-fee scale based on patients' family and income size.
