Eagle View Community Health System is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC). The FQHC is a federal designation assigned to non-profit or public health care organizations that serve uninsured or medically underserved populations. FQHCs provide services to all persons regardless of ability to pay, and charge for services on a Board approved sliding-fee scale based on patients' family and income size.

Because they receive federal funds, all FQHCs must operate under a consumer Board of Directors governance structure. Eagle View Community Health System’s board of directors is comprised of qualified, compassionate individuals who are committed to making sure that every resident of Henderson, Warren, Mercer and McDonough counties has access to quality, affordable medical and dental care.
